March 2 – 6 is International Week!
Just a reminder that this week (March 2 – 6) is International Week here at Schilling Farms Middle School! Our country of focus this year is Chile. The children will be taking part in classroom activities all week long to learn more about Chile. Thursday, March 5, we will have our International Night Dinner here in the Schilling Farms dining hall. Authentic Chilean cuisine will be catered by Su Casa of Collierville. There will be live music, Chilean games, murals painted by our own SFMS Art Club, and much more! You don’t want to miss this special night so be sure to turn in your reservations no later than March 3. Your child should have already brought home the flier giving all the information with an envelope stapled to it so you can conveniently place your reservation and send in your payment. In case you did not receive this envelope, simply send your reservation in a plain envelope. Put your child’s name, homeroom teacher, grade, and the number of tickets you wish to purchase on the outside of the envelope and the money to cover the number of tickets you are purchasing inside the envelope. The cost is $7.50 per person. Have your child give the envelope to his/her homeroom teacher. It’s going to be a wonderful evening! We look forward to seeing you there!
